Full Journal pdf2014-04-16 House Journal Page 2511 HCR 22 The following was read the second time: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 Urging the governor to take all action necessary to keep in-state oil refiners in operation and to keep oil refining operations in the state competitive. with the: Journal Page RES RPT CS(RES) NT4DP 1NR 1AM 2497 FN1: ZERO(LEG) 2497 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original resolution: 2014-04-16 House Journal Page 2512 CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22(RES) Urging the governor, the commissioner of natural resources, and the attorney general to seek resolution of TAPS quality bank disputes before January 1, 2015, in a manner that will provide long-term quality bank stability and reduce the cost of quality bank adjustments paid by in-state refiners of Alaska North Slope crude oil. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Lynn be excused from a call of the House today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CSHCR 22(RES) pass the House?" Representative Isaacson later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHCR 22(RES), and reconsideration was taken up then.
